HMK Endowed Scholarship in Engineering
The HMK Endowed Scholarship in Engineering was established in September 2004 by a proud graduate of ÍâÍøÌìÌÃ's College of Engineering and Polymer Science. Inspired by the high-quality education and formative experiences gained at UA, the donor created this scholarship to support students pursuing careers in engineering.
The fund is intended to encourage future engineers who demonstrate not only strong academic ability but also the creativity, resilience, and human-centered thinking that drive meaningful contributions to the field. It reflects a deep appreciation for both the technical foundation provided by the college and the less tangible qualities that help engineers thrive in a constantly evolving profession.
In 2025, the scholarship description was revised to reflect updated eligibility criteria and the donor's commitment to fully endowing the fund.
